It's perfectly safe. When you enter your payment information into your computer and click the 'submit' button, your computer scrambles (encrypts) the information before it sends the data. Only our server has the key to unscramble (decrypt) it. Once the payment is in our hands, it gets re-encrypted and goes through secure channels to our credit-card processing network. In most cases (unless you call us to order), human eyes never even see your card number. In fact, our process is a lot safer than reading your card number aloud over the telephone. We ship any size order via ground for 21.00 inside the Continental US. This is a steal! The majority of the merchandise we ship is over sized items, heavier items, or full items that are not boxed (rolls of Ditra). All these factors make shipping very expensive, which is why we try to absorb the majority of the freight costs while still keeping your merchandise prices down. |

How long will it take to receive the Items I order? |

Your order ships via UPS or Federal Express Ground and usually takes 2 business days to ship out of the warehouse. Once it ships, depending on your order's destination, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. If any portion of your order is back ordered, you will be notified via email immediately. |
