Shipping

Tileprotection.com offers three different shipping brackets to help accommodate every size order.  All rates quoted are ground shipment methods via USPS, FedEx, UPS, Speedee Delivery, and by Common Carrier. Please Note: Drivers with Semi shipments (common carrier) are only required to get your merchandise to the back of the truck. It is the "buyer's" responsibility to unload the merchandise from the back of the truck to the ground. If the driver has to unload the merchandise additional charges will apply. You are responsible for setting up a time with the delivery driver, and are responsible for all costs outside our free delivery.

*8.00 Shipping
Any order that contains just tools, corners, drains, waterproofing seam strips and seals will ship ground for 8.00...the small stuff.
 
*23.00 Shipping
Any order that contains tile and shower underlayments, patches, adhesives, ramps, mouldings-metals-profiles, shower shelves-benches, shower kits, flooring, stair treads, in-under floor heating....the big stuff, which won't matter most of the time because we offer free shipping on orders over 500.00.  23.00 shipping will override 8.00 shipping in your shopping cart.
 
*Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders over 500.00. 

*Shipping rates are valid only for the Continental US.  Lower 48 states.  Please call 1-800-377-6552 to inquire about shipping methods and costs to other locations such as AK, and HI.
Orders process in 2-3 business days.  Please allow 3-6 days for Tile Redi Shower Pans to ship.  Freight under any circumstance is non refundable.  Our site sometimes may offer specials with the use of discount codes, which must be used at check out at the time of purchase. Returns
All returns require approval. You must call our customer service dept at 1-800-377-6552, or e-mail them at sales@tileprotection.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We have the right to refuse any return without prior approval. We will only except returns within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once metals are ordered they cannot be cancelled without a restocking fee of 25%. No returns on any membrane cut orders. We do not accept returns on Recess-It™. We also cannot accept returns on the Tile Redi™ Shower Pans, Benches, Drains, or Flash Kits. On returns we do not credit back freight.


Claims
Any claim for damage, short shipment, misdelivery or defects of the products must be specified by contacting our customer service dept by phone or e-mail. Damages must also be specified in writing with the shipper on the delivery slip. All claims must be made by the buyer at the time of delivery. Replacements are shipped in the same method the original order was shipped.


Installation
Tileprotection.com shall in no way be responsible for any claims resulting from the installation and end result of any products. Color pictures on our website are made to appear as close as possible to the actual product. We cannot guarantee the color to match exactly, because of settings from monitor to monitor. Color selection is the buyer's responsibility.
